This weekend we hooked up with my sister and her kids and went to the College Royal, out local university's open house. We were wise enough to spend 2 days there this year, and made the most of it. Animals, microscopes, obstacle courses, milk shakes, sword fights, chemistry demonstrations, and lots more. This year the favorites were the geography building (erosion table and wind tunnel - who would have thunk it?) and the large animal veterinary college where William took a try at barrel racing.
We must remember that intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education. The complete education gives one not only power of concentration, but worthy objectives upon which to concentrate. - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
